Job Title | Team | Game | Location |
---|---|---|---|
CEX Listing Specialist | Blockchain | RavenQuest | Remote |
Business Development Manager | Business Development | RavenQuest | Remote |
Senior Community Manager | Community | RavenQuest | Remote |
Software Developer | Development | RavenQuest | Remote |
- Proven experience working with CEXs (e.g., MEXC, KuCoin, Binance, etc.) and successfully bringing tokens to market
- Familiarity with token listing processes, compliance documentation, and post-listing relationship management
- Fluent in English (native not required, but must communicate clearly in writing and preferably in calls)
Highly Detail-Oriented – You’ll be dealing with sensitive documents, token metrics, and strategic timelines. Precision is key—one mistake can lead to costly delays or trust issues with a listing partner.
Well-Connected – You’ve already built relationships with listing teams, BD reps, and token gatekeepers at major exchanges. Ideally, you're not starting from scratch and can get responses where others can't.
Clear Communicator – Whether it’s filling out due diligence forms or negotiating terms, you need to be able to keep things moving with clarity and professionalism—without needing to be micromanaged.
Discreet & Professional – You’ll be working on highly confidential timelines.
Application
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth
- 1+ year of experience in Web3 business development, partnerships, or growth
- Strong understanding of how to negotiate deals, structure win-win partnerships, and build long-term value
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
You build value, not just meetings – We're not looking for flashy partnership logos. You should be thinking in terms of what drives real growth, retention, and awareness.
Proactive and fast-moving – You don’t wait around to be told what to do. You can identify opportunities, build the outreach plan, and close the loop—all while keeping key team members informed.
Flexible and strategic – Sometimes you’re pitching a top-tier creator, other times you’re negotiating a cross-game collaboration. You need to understand what we’re building and tailor your approach accordingly.
Strong closer – BD without follow-through is just noise. We want someone who sees deals through to launch, makes sure deliverables are tracked, and checks in to keep things alive post-deal.
Team-focused – You’ll be working closely with marketing, product, and leadership. You need to understand internal goals and make sure partnerships align with them—no ego, just execution.
Application
- Experience managing online communities (MMORPG or live service game experience is a major plus)
- Experience leading a team
- Fluent in English (you don’t need to be a native speaker, but you must be able to communicate clearly in writing and preferably in voice as well)
Strong Leadership & Follow-Through – You’ll be managing moderators, organizing events, and community pushes. That means being organized, proactive, and not letting tasks or feedback fall through the cracks.
Team-First Attitude – You’ll be working closely with marketing, development, and design leads. It's important that you collaborate well, communicate openly, and align with studio priorities—especially when community needs and project needs differ.
You genuinely care about players – We’re looking for someone who wants to continue to build long-term trust and relationships with our community. Players should feel heard, even if they don’t always get the answer they want. You need to be comfortable representing the studio while navigating feedback—both positive and critical.
Calm and level-headed under pressure – Community can be a high-stress environment, especially during major updates or launches. We need someone who can stay cool and communicate clearly.
Positive Energy & Adaptability – We’re a growing team in a fast-moving space. We need someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly when plans change.
Application
- Proficient in C++
- Experience with Lua is a strong asset
- Comfortable with English communication: typing clearly is essential; speaking is a plus but not required.
- Familiar with Git/GitHub: you should understand how to manage branches, handle pull requests, and collaborate through version control.
Growth-Minded - We’re a studio that thrives on continuous improvement. Mistakes happen—it’s how you handle and learn from them that matters. If a lead gives feedback, we expect genuine effort to absorb it and level up.
Team-First Mentality - Our studio culture is one of collaboration and support. We go to great lengths to protect it. You should bring positivity to the team, even when things get intense.
Respect for Leadership - Our leads are highly experienced and deeply committed to the project. While your input is welcome and discussion is encouraged, alignment with overall direction is needed to keep the ship facing our north star.
Reliable and Respectful of Time - We treat everyone’s time seriously. Being late occasionally is human—but consistent tardiness or flakiness isn't a fit for us.
